Screening and Automation

High Throughput Screening and Implementation (HTS/I) Core

HTS/I is responsible for validating assays in 384 well format. HTS/I establishes the final assay protocol including automation and QC criteria, in conjunction with AD/A and assay target providers.

HTS/I is responsible for all primary and dose-response confirmatory assays, and follow up assays for compounds that enter the screening process through the SMR, purchase, or synthesis.

HTS/I is responsible for working with SI to verify the integrity of data collection templates for each project prior to analysis.
